REVIEW by Old Crow: A big, scholarly book about the obvious: EVERYONE KNOWS NOW that predatory capitalism only sees nature as resources, meaning unprocessed money, which will be money for a few, if natural resources can be slipped out from under the noses of the many before they understand its value in and of itself. 

Educate the many with the values of modern capitalism and the modern state, and you’ve brainwashed them into passive consumerism, hostility for indigenous peoples, mis-trust of their neighbors, and an inability to think for themselves and see what is in their own best interests. 

What is not obvious is how humans have now become another natural resource ( read money making) in the eyes of predatory capitalism, evidenced by its criminalizing simple human mistakes to create for-profit criminal institutions; pathologizing normal human reactions and behaviors for the support of pharmaceutical profits and medical careers, etc. …don’t get me started.
